- Secure signed contract and damage deposit from guests.
- Process all payments from guests (we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover )
- Send pre-arrival grocery shopping list to guests and offer pre-arrival shopping and concierge services.
- Make certain your home is prepared for guests’ arrival: home is properly heated/cooled, dusted, bath amenities in place, groceries put away, welcome gift and personalized note in place, etc.
