Things to Know:
– Saturday arrivals and departures are not permitted; arrival and departure are allowed on other days
– No daily maid service; the room is cleaned prior to your stay with fresh linens and towels (mid-stay cleaning and additional services are available for a fee)
– Vermont Tax (10%) and Community Resort Fee (4%) apply to rates
– Guests must sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
– The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
