– Ski-in/ski-out access
– Free self-parking for one car per condo per night (valet parking available for an additional fee)

Things to Know:
– Saturday arrivals and departures are not permitted; arrival and departure are allowed on other days
– No daily maid service; the room is cleaned prior to your stay with fresh linens and towels (mid-stay cleaning and additional services available for a fee)
– We're happy to offer a price-match guarantee with The Lodge at Spruce Peak ( Timberline Studio). Simply email us your quote and we'll provide a lower rate.
– Vermont Tax (10%) and Community Resort Fee (4%) apply to rates
– Guests must sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
– The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
– No smoking of any kind
– No removal of studio items outside the property (such as coffee mugs, towels, blankets or kitchen items). We do inventory before and after your stay; you will be charged for missing items.
